This zone holds all of your documentation relating to Test and Calibration, Health and Safety and Repairs. This section is automatically populated by Williams Medical Supplies, editing this session is not available and you can view and download files only. The SecureZone shows pre-determined folder names, when they were modified, the Kind of entry and a button to View all the documents in it

What’s in the CloudZone?

This Zone is available to hold all of your information that is not relating to Williams Medical Supplies, for example nurse rota’s. Williams Medical Supplies is not responsible for the data in this area and it should not be relied upon as a backup for your documents and it is highly recommended that you store copies of all the documents in this area

How Do I Upload into the Cloudzone?

Click on the “Upload” icon in the Cloudzone and this will take you through the process of uploading documents

Who Owns The Data?

The data in the SecureZone is owned and maintained by Williams Medical Supplies. The data in the CloudZone is owned by the Practice and is not the responsibility of Williams Medical Supplies, our Terms and Conditions (hyperlink to terms and conditions section) explain everything

I Need more storage in the CloudZone, how do I do get more ?

Go into the Cloudzone and click on the link “Upgrade to another 1GB of Cloudzone Storage” and we will do the rest for you. As a hint, the progress bar in the Your Cloudzone section shows how much you have used as a graphic and the number below shows the percentage used
